Shipping policy

Processing time is 1 to 3 business days otherwise specified. Live insect will be shipped only from Monday to Thursday in order to prevent packages held transit locations over the weekends.

Shipping method & speed will be followed by the option taken during check out and we are not responsible for delay, lost, customs and etc. after the shipping.

We are not responsible for the Customs Clearance in & out of United States. DOA (Dead on Arrival) on international shipping is solely at Buyer's risk.
